Michael Glidden (l), an M.D./Ph.D. candidate in the Medical Sciences Training Program, publicly defended his doctoral dissertation on Tuesday, December 12 at 3:00 p.m. in SOM E-501.
The title of Michael's dissertation is "Single-chain insulin analogs as ultra-stable therapeutics."
The new Ph.D. has been advised by Michael Weiss, M.D., Ph.D., M.B.A. (r), who is the Cowan-Blum Professor of Cancer Research and Professor of Biochemistry & Medicine in the Endocrine Division of the Department of Biochemistry.
We wish Michael well as he returns to the M.D. track of the program in the School of Medicine.
