Peyvand won the first place poster presentation award at the 38th Biomedical Graduate Student Symposium on May 8th, 2015.
The poster was for the project "Post-Translational Modifications of Progesterone Receptor in Human Myometrium".
Peyvand is a Ph.D. candidate in the lab of Dr. Sam Mesiano in the Department of Reproductive Biology at University Hospitals-MacDonald Women's Hospital.
